Our online endurance coaches will design a personalised program for your race or sport and you will have full access to them for continuous advice and support throughout your training. You can also bring a buddy for free each month - please email us first so that we can book them into the same class as you. Your once off t-shirt and buff can be collected at the studio. Membership will be auto-renewed after 3 months. We have a 1 month cancellation policy.

ViewFREE MONTH OF RUN CLUB
Join our social run club for all levels (as long as you can run 8-10km comfortably). Tuesday is interval training (about 10km) and Thursday is LSD - long slow distance (about 12km). We start at 7:10pm both days.
